Use your insurance — cashless or reimbursement.

Cashless empanelment is rolling out provider-by-provider — government schemes are live now, private TPA approvals are landing through May 2026. If your insurer isn't cashless with us yet, your insurance still works: we hand you the full reimbursement file (itemised bills, discharge summary, doctor's notes) so the claim goes through with your insurer in 7–14 days.

PRIVATE INSURANCE — STATUS BY PROVIDER

Statuses below are updated as TPA approvals come through. Even when cashless isn't live yet for your insurer, you can still pay at the counter and submit our reimbursement file to claim back from them. Call reception to confirm before any planned admission.

GOVERNMENT SCHEMES

  • Ayushman Bharat — PMJAY

    Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. Ration-card-based coverage up to ₹5 lakh per family per year for empanelled hospitals. Eligible Ayushman card holders welcome.

  • Arogya Karnataka

    Karnataka state scheme covering specified procedures for BPL families. Bring your Arogya Karnataka card + Aadhaar.

  • CGHS / ECHS

    Central Government Health Scheme + Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme. Confirm empanelment status by phone before arrival.

  • Karnataka State Govt employees

    Various department-level schemes (KGID, etc.). We process the paperwork; you bring the appropriate authorization.

DOCUMENTS TO BRING

  • Government photo ID (Aadhaar / PAN / driving licence) of the patient
  • Insurance card or e-card (digital photo on phone is fine)
  • Latest premium / renewal proof if asked by the TPA
  • For govt schemes: scheme card + Aadhaar + ration card if applicable
  • Referral letter or prior consultation records (if any)
  • Photo ID of the accompanying family member
